Selfgrove builds short, honest self-assessments and practical tools for people who are carrying a lot and want to understand it better — without fear-based copy, false urgency or a sales funnel at the end.

How the assessments are written

Every assessment states plainly whether it is a validated, published instrument or a self-reflection quiz. Where a published instrument is used, its source and usage terms are recorded and cited on the page. Where a quiz is bespoke, the page says so — we do not borrow the authority of clinical research we have not used.

What we will never do

Claim a quiz can diagnose, treat or cure anything.
Store your answers, or build a profile of you to sell or target.
Use fear, fake urgency, fake reviews or invented statistics.
Recommend lending, credit, insurance, alcohol, tobacco, gambling or crypto products.

How results are calculated

In your browser. Answers are turned into a score by code that ships with the page, and the same code is verified by automated tests at every scoring boundary. Nothing is transmitted, logged or saved.

Content review status. Assessment wording is drafted to be conservative and plain. A qualified clinician review is planned; until it is complete, pages should be read as careful editorial content rather than clinically validated tools.
